High-value cold-forging and progressive work. The knuckle-link mechanism slows the slide near bottom dead centre and almost stops at BDC for precise plastic forming; slow return suppresses slug pull-up, and frame rigidity is several times that of a standard press (total deflection 0.005 mm/10 kN or less).
