Features
High Rigidity Frame
Adopts a straight side type with high-rigidity steel plate integrated structure. Forms the backbone of high-speed, high-precision processing while maintaining excellent durability.
High-Speed Transfer Feed
The transfer feed device performs stable transfer even at high speeds, greatly improving productivity. (Transfer feed and blank pusher operate at different timings)
Optimal Load Distribution
By housing all processing stages inside the connecting rod, the influence of eccentric loads is minimized, significantly extending die life in combination with feature ①.
Separate Upper Die Mounting
The upper die mounting section is a separate type that allows adjustment for each stroke. Each stroke is equipped with a height gauge (1/100 scale), making fine adjustments easy.
Safety Interlock
All parts including lubrication, air pressure, miss grip, feed bar, pusher, and safety guard are equipped with interlocks to ensure safety during operation.
Mechanical/Pneumatic Knockout
Each stage incorporates mechanical or pneumatic upper knockout, with mechanical type allowing timing adjustment for each process.
Air Combination Clutch/Brake
Equipped with air combination clutch/brake, enabling stable operation even at high speeds.
Forced Lubrication System
All parts use forced lubrication system. Additionally, a stick release mechanism is incorporated as a safety measure.
