Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to "personal data" as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), which is information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual from information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, and other information that can identify a specific individual.

Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)

The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, driver's license number, etc. when users register to use the service. In addition, the Company may collect transaction records and payment information containing users' personal information from our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and advertising distributors, hereinafter referred to as "Partners").

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

2. To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
3. To send emails about new features, updates, campaigns, etc. of the service the user is using, and other services provided by the Company

Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)

The Company may change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the new purpose is related to the purpose before the change. In the event of a change in the purpose of use, the Company shall notify users of the changed purpose or publish it on this website by the method prescribed by the Company.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from users, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act and other laws.

1. When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent
2. When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent
3. When it is necessary to cooperate with state agencies, local governments, or those entrusted by them in performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the person's consent may hinder the performance of such duties

In the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be considered a third party:

1. When the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
2. When personal information is provided due to business succession such as merger
3. When personal information is to be used jointly with a specific person, and the person has been notified in advance or made easily aware of the items of personal information to be used jointly, the scope of persons who will use it jointly, the purpose of use by the user, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When requested by an individual to disclose personal information, the Company will disclose it to the individual without delay. However, if the disclosure falls under any of the following cases, the Company may not disclose all or part of it, and if the Company decides not to disclose it, the Company will notify the individual without delay. Please note that there will be a fee of 1,000 baht per case for disclosure of personal information.

1. When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party
2. When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper implementation of the Company's business
3. When it would violate other laws

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed in principle.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If the personal information held by the Company about a user is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") the personal information according to the procedures prescribed by the Company. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to such a request after receiving the request from the user in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Company will promptly make the correction, etc. of the personal information. If the Company has made the correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if the Company has decided not to make the correction, etc., the Company will promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If an individual requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or has been obtained by improper means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request based on the results of the investigation, the Company will promptly suspend the use, etc. of the personal information. If the Company has suspended the use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if the Company has decided not to suspend the use, etc., the Company will promptly notify the user. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc. incurs a large amount of cost or if the suspension of use, etc. is difficult, and if alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of users can be taken, the Company will take this alternative measure.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise provided for by law or this Policy. Except as otherwise provided by the Company, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.

Article 10 (Personal Information of Job Applicants)

The Company will collect and use personal information of job applicants (including information in resumes, educational backgrounds, certificates, and information provided during the selection process) solely for the purposes of personnel selection, communication related to job applications, and compliance with relevant legal requirements. If an applicant is not selected, the Company will retain the personal information for an appropriate period as required by labor laws and related regulations, after which the information will be securely deleted or destroyed. Applicants may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information in accordance with the procedures specified in Articles 6 and 7.
